Owo Italia srl fully guarantees its service and products as free of defects.
You may withdraw from this agreement without explanation within 14 days; such right of withdrawal shall be exercised within 14 days of the day you or a third party appointed by you, other than the forwarder, physically takes over the goods.

or by email to info@owo.it, expressly stating your decision to withdraw from the agreement, including your order no. and your personal details, such as your address, home telephone number, mobile phone number, email address. Please use the same details as those you used to make your purchase.
For your right of withdrawal to be valid, you just have to send such notice before the deadline.
Effects of withdrawal: if you withdraw from this agreement, you will be refunded any payment made to us, including the shipping costs (except for any extra cost, for example if you chose an alternative shipping method that was more expensive than the standard one we provide), without delay and in any case within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. Your payments will be refunded with the same method as the one you used for your original transaction. However, you will not have to bear any cost in connection with such refund. The refund may be postponed until the goods are delivered to your chosen address.
You shall be responsible for the direct cost of the refund.
We can handle the return of the goods through our couriers; in this case, please state in your notice that the shipment for return of the goods must be handled by us. In this case, you will be charged the shipping cost stated in your Order Confirmation plus 20%. If your purchase was eligible for free shipment, then you will be charged 20.00 euros + VAT.
If you take care of the shipment yourself, then we recommend that you use an “insured” method. The goods shall be returned in their original package, which shall be undamaged. However, for your right of withdrawal to be valid, the goods and packages must be substantially undamaged.
Such right of withdraw does not cover any bespoke item.
The European online shopping legislation (2011/83(EU)) shall apply to any other term and condition.
